Self-installation with the certainty of Compofloor
At Compofloor, we believe in craftsmanship and trust. That's why we're introducing a new concept: Compofloor Self-Installation - Self-Installation with the Security of Compofloor. This gives business customers the option to install Compofloor themselves—while maintaining the quality, support, and reliability that Compofloor stands for.
The Compofloor system
The Compofloor floor system consists of prefabricated elements with a minimum Rc value of 4.38 m²K/W. The elements consist of composite cassettes filled with high-quality insulation. The elements are lightweight, making them suitable for occupational health and safety (ARBO) compliance. The advantage of this is that no structural recalculation is required for the foundation's load-bearing capacity, as the floor is no heavier than the original wooden floor. After finishing with OSB4 boards, the floor weighs only 25 kg/m². The maximum load-bearing capacity of the floor is 275 kg/m². And you can install this yourself with a "self-assembly" option.
What does "Self-assembly" mean?
With our "Self-Install" concept, Compofloor delivers the flooring to you, but you install it yourself. Of course, we don't do this without proper guidance. We ensure you're well-prepared and know exactly what you're doing.
Still measured by us
Every floor is always measured by Compofloor. This is and remains a crucial part of the process. This way, you are assured of a perfectly fitting floor, regardless of who performs the installation.

A complete custom drawing
After measuring, you'll receive a clear and accurate drawing from us. This clearly shows everything, including the exact position of the anchors and the necessary dimensions for installing them in the wall. Everything you need to work efficiently, safely, and flawlessly – fully prepared and carefully compiled. That's how we do it at Compofloor.
Short training course
Self-installation requires knowledge and insight. That's why every customer in this concept starts with a short training program from Compofloor specialists. During this program, we assess when you can take the next step toward independently installing the Compofloor and which support package will be the next step in the process. There are three support packages available for installing the floor.
Phase 1 – You lay the floor and receive help from the installer + our tools
During phase 1, you'll receive everything you need, work with our Compofloor installer, and learn the basics. You'll also receive a special installation video explaining step-by-step what needs to be done. You'll receive full support and have access to our tools.
Phase 2 – You work independently, we monitor and guide you
You've now purchased all the tools yourself. You'll be laying the floor entirely yourself. You can do this with the help of our instructional videos, and we'll still be there to provide advice and on-site inspections throughout the entire process. We'll remain closely involved.
Phase 3 – You lay the floor completely independently
You've mastered the process. We're available for questions and will, of course, come by for a final inspection. You've now installed a Compofloor-installed, insulating, strong floor all by yourself.

Package 1 – Full Support

Package 2 – Support for own tools
With package 2, you'll also receive full support, but you'll use your own tools to install the floor. You will, however, receive the necessary instructions for installing the floor. Read the steps below:
Package 3 – Independent with remote guidance
