Project | Compofloor x Lenferink BV

We proudly look back on a successful and sustainable renovation project in the Rochdale neighborhood of Alkmaar. In collaboration with Lenferink Vastgoedonderhoud and WARP Systems, Compofloor worked intensively for over two years on the renovation of no fewer than 304 homes for the housing association Woonwaard. As part of this project, we replaced the ground floors of each home with high-quality Compofloor flooring.

Through careful coordination, clear communication, and strict lean planning, we were able to completely renovate each home in just four days. This included: Replacing the old floor with an insulated, airtight Compofloor. Carrying out all underfloor installation work (by Danny Mulder Installation BV). Installing the new underfloor heating. We are extremely grateful for the trust placed in us by Lenferink and Woonwaard and proud of the results of this excellent collaboration. This project emphasizes the importance of craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration in the implementation of successful sustainability projects.
