With our unique flooring solution, we help housing associations, real estate organizations, renovation contractors, and private clients every day to make homes sustainable, safe, and future-proof.
Over the past few years, we have built a strong team, a distinctive product, and a solid market position. Now we are taking the next step. Our ambition is clear: to grow into the leading knowledge partner and preferred supplier for the renovation market in the Netherlands.
That is why we are looking for a Senior Market Manager Renovation & Real Estate. Not a traditional account manager. Not a sales representative. But an experienced professional who develops relationships, opens doors, and knows how to connect parties.
As Senior Market Manager, you are one of Compofloor's commercial figureheads. Together with experienced colleagues, you are responsible for the further development of the Dutch renovation market.
You divide the Netherlands, strengthen each other, and build sustainable relationships with housing associations, real estate organizations, renovation contractors, and other strategic partners.
You are visible in the market, know where the opportunities lie, and bring Compofloor to the table with organizations working on making the existing housing stock more sustainable.
You don't just sell a product.
You build long-term partnerships.
